Kamp K Tutoring mission is to help students help themselves, or to assist or guide them to the point at which they become an independent learner, and thus no longer need a tutor.
Kamp K Tutoring believes that strong literacy skills--reading, writing, speaking, and listening --are essential in developing responsible, self-motivated learners. Kamp K Tutoring support students’ curiosity and critical thinking skills by providing diverse and relevant interactive opportunities and cross-curricular connections.
Kamp K Tutoring also believe in nurture creativity, compassion, and empathy through thoughtful collaborative learning and a challenging curriculum. Differentiated instruction as well as complex and engaging texts which include increasingly rich vocabulary are utilized to increase student interest and enjoyment in reading and learning.

Welcome! I'm Lisa and I tutor Pre-K - 5th grade Math and English/ Writing online and face-to-face in Lagrange, GA.
I am a grad of Class 2016 in Early Childhood Development and grad of Class 2023 Education. I am a mother of three boys, who inspired me to help other children in learning while also teaching in my hometown.
My goal is to help students build confidence in learning and their ability to do hands on things. I foster an environment where students feel safe to try, make mistakes, and truly learn.
